Buddy



It appears that Buddy has a passion for eating things that are neither edible or digestible and as a result this young boy has suffered through a number of painful blockages (four to be exact).  Many ferrets like to chew on rubbery items and Buddy is a prime example of what can happen.  Despite his rough beginnings Buddy is a wonderful ferret.  He is sweet and easy going and seems to get on well with other ferrets as well as cats.   He would make a wonderful companion to any household as long as those rubbery items are kept out of reach!

Buddy needs a home where those tempting rubbery things (eg: erasers, latex toys remotes) are kept well out of reach or behind closed doors).

Update Aug 27/07 - We are saddened to report that Buddy had to be helped to the Rainbow Bridge.  He was diagnosed with Megaesophagus, a condition that causes food to be regurgitated before it can reach the stomach.
