Mineau

Mineau received her name after arriving at the AFS.   She had been living outdoors with Paco (see seperate listing) and had not been out of a cage in a long time. 

In Jan 08 Mineau had an unfortunete accident in her first foster home which left her with a broken leg.  Despite repeated attempts to cast the leg she kept getting out of the casts and so the only option left was to remove the leg.  As heartbreaking as this story is Mineau is doing just fine.  She still gets into trouble and runs and plays just as hard as the other ferrets in her new foster home.
