Can you tell me how to shrink my pictures? My internet provider is not compatable with Outlook Express. That's how I use to do it.

iF you have XP, you can open

iF you have XP, you can open the image file with "Windows picture and fax viewer." Once in there, you can scale your image up and down, large or smaller. Once you have the size you want, click the "print screen button on your keyboard, (Next to scroll lock) and then paste the file into a paint document. Crop it, save it, and Viola!
